I had the same thing with Burger King one night. They got my order wrong and cars started to honk at ME when it took over 5 minutes in the queue. I told them to just forget it and told them their negligence and incompetence was unbelievable. I was an unhappy customer. They told me that they normally don't serve bicycles, and I asked why... they said it was 'policy'. I asked them what the policy is. They told me to get out of the line as there were cars mad and honking now. I said I wanted to talk to a manager about this scenario and she said she WAS the manager. I said to her, okay then... YOUR manager. She said that they were at home and not available. I called the next day to report incompetence to her manager, and to treat people like customers, and not someone who is a second class citizen for riding a bike instead of a fume belching car.

Burger King, if you are listening, I'm never coming back. Oh, and by the way, your food is CRAP.
