BERLIN, Oct 16, 2009 (AFP) – Briton Nicole Cooke, the reigning road race Olympic champion, has re-signed for the German cycling team Nurnberger, which will be renamed Skyter-Shipping in 2010.

Cooke, 26, inked a one-year deal with the team for which she will be the lead rider.
